My image prints but does not appear in the Rayjet Manager job list
- Your print may be stuck in the print queue. Find the print queue icon on the Windows task bar, right click to view it and delete out any stuck jobs.
When my image appears in RayJet Manager, parts of it are cut off
- The canvas size may be too small when printing. When printing, click the Preferences button of the RayJet Manager printer driver and increase the canvas dimensions to match those of your image.

- In RayJet Manager, click the cog icon and ensure your expected colours (i.e. red for cut, black for engrave) are set to "Cut/Engrave" rather than "Skip"
- If the issue persists, trying cutting and pasting all lines to a brand new file in your imaging software, and printing again from there
Rayjet Manager insists on cutting a border around my image, but I don't want that
- When printing the image, click the Rayjet Manager preferences button and disable the cut-line option
