Some extra points to emphasise for the FabLab are:

• the evacuation point is the garden
• fire extinguishers for electrical fires are located at the back of the clean lab and dirt lab
• report any incident to a manager as soon as it is safe to do so
• is it mandatory to log all accidents using this form
