The Basics:

• Consult an admin to pay for consumable materials (such as 3D printer filament and laser cutter materials) using the digital SumUp machine
• You can find the SumUp machine attached to the wall in the clean lab, directly across from the laser cutter
• The admin on duty will enter the payment amount and you will need to swipe your card/phone to make the payment. Cash is unfortunately not accepted and the minimum payment is 1 Euro.
• We may waive such payments if the project benefits the lab and has been preapproved by a manager. If you’re not sure if your project fits that category, ask :)

Paying for 3D Prints:

We operate a weigh-and-system, as follows:

1. Weigh your print after completion using the scale provided (even if it failed!)
2. See the filament price list to work out how much to pay per gram (code 3D-01, 3D-02 or 3D-03)
3. Ask an admin to pay via the SumUp machine
